With combination WD SN550, speed goes 2000mb/s read and write. but, write goes down to 1000mb/s if continuously copying it's due to sn550's limit

I like this company, they are always a fast and good solution but the only small problem I have Samsung 970eveplus nvmem2 1TB disk and I test this disk with my MacBook pro 13 m1 but speed test not happy. write speed 800Mb around, read speed 2500MB around, I wait for at least both of them 3000MB around because this eve sped 3500 if you put directly in normal pc. you can see in my photos also details too. please, someone, explain to me why this speed what I did wrong?
