I had trouble with the item and opened a dispute. I demonstrated that the item did not work as intended and other similar electromagnets were capable of lifting the appropriate amount. The seller refused to bargain for a refund, and never provided video proof that the product worked as expected. So I was forced to give a negative review. The device works, just not as it should. I tested with multiple materials but did not find the magnet acceptable. Bad seller communications they simply just insisted they were right and I was wrong, but never sent proof.
