It took a week or two to soften into shape but it works as intended and is much better than using a torn pad.

On attached photo catched old ear pads and new, already assembled. New are a bit bigger (abot 5mm?) in diametr (I'm using Urbanears Platan ADV Wireless). Old fabric substrate felt a bit better on ears then this foam. Assembled pretty fine. After 2 days of usage feels overall fine.
