Came well packaged in shoe box, boots looks great, but I payed extra money for custom made calf size 39cm and this was not done, therefore I cannot give 5 starts. It came with ankle, calf, opening girth 30-42-43cm (size US13). I received partial refund as a compensation, so I guess it is OK.
