This is my second purchase and the product and service is still impressive. The product is light weight and it comes with 5 grinding size. After two uses, the gear inside stopped spinning.The motor shaft and pinion gears are spinning.I think this is a structural flaw. I'm trying to take it apart and replace the pinion gear (T9) made of metal, which may solve the problem.
