Product as described, I recommend the velvet instead of leather as it deteriorates way slower and just feels better. The description of the product has an installation video for the wrong headset though, but the pictures section of the product has a correct installation video. To install the earpads: You want to put it like a sock/glove around the plastic casing, instead of under the little clamps from the original. To install the headband: Unscrew one side, desolder the cable, remove the headband, put cable inside new headband, solder the cable and screw everything back in place.
