Pros: The pen looks and feels really good. It seems sturdy enough to be used in self defense. Delivery was very fast, only 21 days. Cons: The glass breaker did not work when I tested it. I tried thoroughly, on different glass items, but the extended tip would only leave scratch marks. I was not able to break any glass. I also tried a way cheaper tactical pen I've ordered a while ago: No problem with any of the glass items. Also, after the tests, the trigger of the NTP31 is now bent, so that I cannot extract the writing part and write with it. The pen is useless for me, I have to throw it away. I settled with a 50% refund; still too expensive, but cheaper as sending the pen back.
