Great sound quality, unlike Bluetooth this is lossless and near instantaneous, impossible to detect latency (there isn't any more than a few microseconds at worst). Perfect when you need audio with zero delay and high quality like gaming and monitoring. Rhythm games are perfectly playable with it. Haven't tested the range though. The transmitter uses about 100mA at 5v, the receiver uses about 50mA. Requires line level volume on the input of the transmitter, a guitar won't work without the correct amp, good EMI shield is recommended, or else the noise will indeed mess with your signal. Use a 10nF and another 100uF capacitor on the 5V input by the way to filter noise.
