I bought 2 lamps and one of the lamp was used and scratched (it is very obvious scrates and inside the packing so it was known by seller who said they checked the products). I asked spare parts to repair damaged parts myself but seller refused. I opened a dispute but I was just asked to send complete shipment and bare the costs (+ import taxes) I tried to appeal but form was not working so I am stuck with NO SOLUTION. seller did nothing to help and communication with them was poor.
