the lamp was broken during shipping. I asked for a replacement of the whole lamp or maybe the plastic part that was broken because of bad packaging. they said I had to pay again for shipping if I wanted a new lamp. or accept a 3usd refund. Also the lamp was bend (manufacturing mistake) so I had to open dispute and send it back. this all took a few months. not satisfied with customers service.

It is the perfect light, exactly the same as the photo. There is enough light as a mirror light. Not the main light in the washroom. Don't get me wrong.
