Everything as described. Wery well! I am building fly fishing rod for pike with 9 foot 8 weight blank. The upper parts inner side dimension, which will go in to the cork handle, was 22,13 mm. Was not mentioned in the product dimension. Seller answered it afterwards, when I asked.
