these do not fit a size 16 reel seat. very disappointing

very good quality. shipping was pretty quick.
I have had these for a while but hadn't used them. today, I tried to use them for a build and I find that ytey do not fit in a size 16 reel seat. I tried 6 different styles of reel seats and many different rings. They simply do not fit in a size 16 and they are too small for a size 17. I am very disappointed in this product
