Thanks to simple :) China tool: 1) You need half minute to arrange dough. 2) You need literally 1 second to place pizza in the oven and same to take it out. Lowest temperature loss I ever saw. 3) Baking time reduced to a few minutes. 4) Evenly roasted pizza without turn arounds, I mean - roasted to perfection. 5) Pizza evaporating from below ready to serve straight away. 6) Overall upgraded pizza to the point it did not evolve in 50 years. (was constantly downgraded) I am going to leave best feedback in decade now to maximally support simplicity of this genius Chinese tweak which finally enables high temperatures to evenly circulate all around. :) That much brain we did not have all those years, instead it was a race to destroy it. Available up to 16 inch which is what I always make.
Well packed, arrived after 3 weeks. Quality seems good. I haven’t tried yet. The size (10’) is perfect for my Ooni (Uuni) pizza oven.
