The product shipped, but returned to sender. After 1 month I had to inquire to see it the part was shipped or if they would ship it again. The product arrived on the second try. Seller provided photos of motherboard hooked up and working. After some troubleshooting on my part, my laptop is working again after 2 months. Item was exactly as described & working.
