I never receive the package and the customer service was not good at all, combined with the worst shipping and tracking service, they just told me to call the shipping service if they are the ones that ship thru that companies, why they didn't contact them.

Delivery only took nine days. Excellent. NOHON item's always as descibed. Build quality's good as always. I"ve used several NOHON batteries and they were mostly good. Only one of them swelled. I've been using this one for about a month now and it's fine. It's a reliable product by a reliable company. Thanks.
