This well-made knife has detents in both the open and closed positions. With such a handle, I intend to use this as a paring knife for picnics and camping. The included box also appears to be waterproof due to the rubber gasket. However, the clip position is fixed. There are screws that are appear to be merely cosmetic and not functional. Also, there is no cut-out on the left scale for the thumb to release the lock. Nice fit and finish overall. Seller chose to ship by PostNL that was slower than other couriers.
