The Product ist fantastic! BUT DHL keeps sending me text messages via sms that I should pay additional fees, even though they didn't deliver the package within the time frame I asked for. I requested DHL to send me an official bill, but they don't react in person but just keep sending me automated text messages. DHL is a very bad service...!
