Langue selection and sub title selection not functioning. Only chinese language fuctioning. Please advice or if no repair possible, refund.

Not real wood . Already dent on left lower corner of front plate. Wood label part have damage. Disc tray could not open at first. Finally got it open with moving the tray opening left and right many time. Almost have to return it. Bad Quality control.
