I ordered this helmet and was so excited to get it. I was shocked when I saw how poorly the helmet was packaged and shipped. Of course with the poor packaging it arrived damaged. It was scratched and cracked. Their solution is for me to pay an additional $79 to return the helmet to them. That is not a satifactory resolution. They have failed to resolve their error. Do not order from them. You will be extremely diasppointed!
