I was very impressed with how quickly the order got here, and everything looked in order (it was a gift for another person). The only two things that were tough were the packaging.... (it came without a commercial box, just a wrapped pile of materials).... and one bit of confusion I had when the seller asked me for an additional dollar, saying I needed to cancel my order and repay. I wrote a follow up letter because I was confused and then remained confused until the day my order arrived, wondering if it was coming or not or if I'd lost my money somehow. Only because they never wrote back to me. But in the end, everything turned out just fine and the order arrived TWO MONTHS earlier than they said it would, so that was a nice surprise.
