The softbox itself is ok. However, I was very disappointed to find that the carrying bag was ruined by glue from the yellow packing tape that was used to wrap the product. I contacted the store with pictures. The response was not good. They told me to "clean it with benzene", which was very rude. Cleaning such a sticky, horrible glue is simply not possible. Also, a product must arrive in good shape, cleaning must not be necessary. Finally I got the store to send me a new bag, but that took many more weeks to arrive. TLDR: Using packing tape to wrap the product is unacceptable, because it ruins the product. Service was bad, because they didn't solve the problem promptly, trying to avoid responsibility. Avoid this product and this seller.
