This cable does indeed have the Xhorse 2.0.4 firmware installed on it. It was checked with Xhorse firmware update tool 1.4.8 to verify. The cable works with Techstream software (Ver 14.30.023) much more quickly than firmware version 1.4.1 as well. I already had Techstream installed so I don't know what version of Techstream or how easy to install the one on the supplied mini CD is. The mini CD was not damaged as far as I can tell. I did not try to program anything, but I believe this cable can program new keys/clickers and ECU modules. The seller was super fast with shipping!!! This order was placed August 26, 2020 and was received September 11, 2020. I would definitely buy from this seller again. Shipping was via Aliexpress.
