I haven't actually tried this yet, but I've played with it a bit. Suggest giving it a good clean and lubrication with silicone lube before insertion, and of course using a condom. Only real complaint is that the machining isn't great, but for the price, it should do the job.

Ok, well, this thing isn't as awesome as I was thinking it would be. The issue is how the center is threaded. It's not machined well enough to be able to screw it out on yourself when it's in.
