The Quality of the Rim is quite good. The rim looks very strong, the glossy finish is very nice. Wheel building with this rim has been without any complication. Perfect roundness. Communikation with the shop was poor, however. Request had been answered very slow and in very short and poor sentences. It's a pity. Once I had placed the order. I wanted to order another rim, to save transport fees, but couldn't get one without paying the double amount of transport charges. That's absolutely not fair. I have already had experiences with some other shops and know the difference. I would have expected more costumer friendly services.
