bought it for second time to use with home automation system. still have to test. noticed that one screw socket was broken (see picture). i will try to glue it. rest will probably work.
In the end I got the sensor working. I ordered a 12 volt unit which actually has got a lot of options for using it. It works with voltages between 3 and 12 V. Might be wider but that I did not test. The MOSFET used in this circuit is the NCE2030K which can handle up to 20V and up to 30A. You probably have to cool it thus if you want to get this power out of it. Please find included the circuit I used for hooking it up. The time can be adjusted ranging from about 4seconds and up.
I have hooked up the sensor with my home automation system, works great. See additional photo included.
