seller never responded to request that informing package returned to seller with 2 days of seller shipped it out. after 10 days of constant contacting attempts, finally opened dispute that was when seller replied asking to cancel dispute and would resend which I did. then seller continue ignore contacts. had to open 2nd dispute to get refund. apperantly this "official" store only reply when customer open dispute
