Never arrived and the ability to get a refund ended on May 9th.

The tail is nice, the plug was not. The base of the plug has some minor dents, which can impact the comfort while wearing, but that can be negligible. Worse thing is, the plug had some small drips of leftover glue on the side of the plug. Which renders the item unusable for me, glue up the butt is a big no-no. The seller offered me a partial refund, which I took. Side note for everyone getting a tail: Use a hair dryer and a comb/brush, to get the tail all nice and fluffy looking.
