Bought this remote as a replacement for my old Carrier remote (HK38BAVT-106H-25) which had corroded. However, it was not compatible and would not pair with my old Carrier. A consolation is that this remote did work with my newer Panasonic air con so all is not lost, and my search for a replacement Carrier remote continues.

The remote does not work with my air conditioning, before buying it I asked the seller if it would work with my air conditioner and he said yes, afterwards I have been in contact with them and they have not solved the problem. Now I have a remote that is useless to me. Very bad buy.
