Connecting rods are the wrong size and will not work for proper assembly

Was sent one with the wrong sized flanges. My order was correct for 3" and they sent 2". Opened a dispute case, and they have now sent the correct 3" ends. I'm really happy about they way they have dealt with this as it was their mistake. Can't fault the service. Well done! Many Thanks
