While the product itself is fine, the seller is absolutely useless when it comes to customer service. I ordered the wrong size ring, and I messaged multiple times asking whether it was possible to order just a ring separately and my messages are ignored. The chat says that the message are read, so DON'T expect any help once they have gotten their money, even if you are willing to pay for a replacement part. Horrible customer service.
