Really good balancers which balance to 2,65V per Cap with only 0,004V drift, but Cap Bank does not hold 16V as it should. It stabilizes at 14,9V after about 5 hours. From then on it seems to be quiet stable. So far that is not perfect but good enough. When starting a small gas engine it works fabulous with the caps alone, cranking a bigger diesel engine together with the lead acid the cap bank is a real plus.
