When full to the brim, the jug's volume is only about 470ml, which is not that far from 500ml, but it is still 30ml short. It is also very difficult to achieve good milk texture with this jug using the steam wand of my Bezzera machine, especially when compared with the ease of use of my Cafelat 350ml jug. With that said, it is VERY easy to pour great latte art with this jug, because of the superb spout design. What I now do, is foam the milk in my Cafelat jug, transfer it to this jug, and pour the milk from it onto the coffee.

I have never seen my stuff! And NO REFUND also! The seller never said any word! Definitely NOT RECOMMEND!
