I've been more than patient with you. You should review your communication which is pitiful. I asked you questions that most are ignored or imprecise. Sending was fast but you do not respect the conditions of the customer. // Do not put machine colors on your site if they are not available. // I asked for additional press heads for my ST-130 machine but I received heads used for some that are not compatible. It's very smart of you !! There is no logic. When I write to you asking for an explanation of this error, you reply with an advertisement from your shop that has no relation to my problem and that your technician will check...How long does it take him to find the workshop door ? I know jet lag exists but we are part of the same globe. I do not recommend this provider. Very disappointed with the after sales service. Gifts it's just poor samples, even my grandmother did better. Buyer go your way, you will waste time and money before you start your business.
