I've received what I've ordered exactly (frame 26", size 18.5") . I was a little bit worried about the packaging but there was no problem at all during the postage process. The frame arrived in a cardbox and it was intact. My son whom the frame was ordered is very happy. I have to paid for the custom process but all in all the frame is worth the price. Good product, recommended seller.
