It took too long time to reach us about 2 months instead of 10-20 days as was showing when I ordered it through AliExpress direct. After receiving it I checked it and found the center “ok” button not responding as it supposed to be. Honestly I contacted seller first before I putting dispute, that was my biggest mistake. First he denied about any defect in the remote. After a week time he agreed and offered me to send the new one. By the time purchase protection expired and his way of talking changed. Actually he understand the problem but he was only killing time. When I asked when you are sending the replacement remote, he said “why”.
