I ordered these rivoli in several colors. Only dark blue is as described. Every other color looks transparent and there are spider-like lines visible in the glass no matter from what angle I look at them, not solid color as the seller has in her shop. Totally dissatisfied with this and with the seller's careless attitude when I contacted her 3 weeks after the order was shipped because tracking info was not available. She kept shooing me away saying don't worry. It was only because I insisted, she checked and discovered a problem with shipping. She gave me a new tracking number with no apology whatsoever for her behavior. This is only my second order from this shop. The first order was fine, but if this is how it goes after the second order, I won't be coming back!!
I submitted a dispute and asked this seller to cooperate with it and authorise a partial refund I was asking for. The seller pretended not to understand what the problem is with the colors and totally refused to cooperate.
