The chips are counterfeit or rejection. Only 5 from 40 were successfully programmed. All chips were well packed into the strip. Good chips were placed consecutive from edge of the strip. I spend my board for it. Ali didn't refund because of the seller has a certificate or smth. I have bought 10 from this seller earlier and they were working well.
