If you want people to be satisfied then send all the items ordered. I got only a partial refund because of your mistake there's no way I will give you a "very satisfied" feedback.
I ordered 3 tweezers and received only 2. I contacted the seller and the only answer I got was "so sorry, order it again and I'll make a discount." Why would I pay twice for something you didn't send ffs ? He never wanted to send the missing tweezers, I opened a dispute because there was only 2 days left before the order closed on its own (there was 62 days left before I contacted the seller...), he never answered anything in the dispute and I got only a partial refund from AliExpress. Just to inform you that if you have any problem with this seller you're in big trouble. Worst experience I've ever had on AE.
