The item looks as described. Light weight. Downside are the nuts to tighten the handlebar. Instead of bolts, on this stem allen key nuts are used to tighten the handlebar. Mind this special type of nuts have inside hex instead of outside hex. As the nut tightens further, the depth of the allen key is reduced, at the end the allen key skips over, and the hex shape is gone. Not being able to tighten enough for 5Nm (at 4 Nm the handlebar still rotating with grip paste applied) Supplier offered to send new nuts, but that will not fix the issue. Then the supplier offered to allow me to reorder for reduced price. With the same construction the problem is not fixed.
