The product was not delivered within the original packing. It was splintered in order to fit it in the unoriginal packing. A piece from the "Part A" of the splintered item was broken and was not in the packing. The missing part made it impossible to complete the whole model. Therefore I requested a full refund, but they did not accept the situation.
