Quite well made. Screwed together. 1 led per watt. One resistor per 3 leds. And a Big heat sink. see pics. Works. Great for my off grid needs. Can repurpose 240 v light fittings. Much easier than converting to led. Tried on 20 Volt. Gets quite warm Crazy quick delivery. 12 days to Europe
