I wasn't expecting a real leather case, but the seller strangely continues to insist that it is leather! (I guarantee you, the brown one absolutely is NOT leather) I have another black one that is closer to leather (it also isn't) and does not feel as greasy as the brown one. AVOID THE BROWN ONE! See the picture for comparison. My biggest complaint is that the off-gassing is TERRIBLE. It makes my office smell like a chemical factory. I've had to put it in the garage for a week to let it complete this process. (I would suggest the seller do this first, but as mentioned, they deny it is an issue).
