My daughter's cover was damaged on the bottom right corner where the hinge connected to screen cover, for almost the entire school year. Dell did not have any covers available online. I was originally a little concerned about the product but the other reviews appeared ok. The order was delivered fairly quickly - in about 2.5 weeks to the Toronto Area. The cover appears original and was fairly easy to install. I walked my 17-year-old daughter through the install after watching youtube. She completed the entire replacement herself. We are extremely happy with the new cover. It has been about 2 weeks now after the install. Thank you!
