Clearly aimed at grabbing old VHS. With DVD/PAL input, picture quality is degraded to blurry VHS quality (chip inside is MS2100E). ** I suggest an alternative: couple the WiiStar AV2HDMI and WiiStar-K004 HDMI2USB (Rullz stick also works). I tested this to yield much better capture quality!
