I was hoping i could use this item like glasses. But you have to keep the object you want to magnify right in front of this magnifier. So when the object is on the table you have to bent your head down just above the object. You can't sit straight up. That's no way to work... On the box there are pictures of people using the magnifier for miniature engraving, beauty and make up and fishing hobby. Forget it!!! From that distance you won't see anything!!! Waste of money.
