All the plastic elements and screws (even the Y shape ones) are present. Just rubber parts (Select and starts buttons, and the pads going under the cross, A and B buttons) are not provided. Moreover, the power button looks cheap compared to the original, and the cover for IR is plain... Except this, I find it good quality.
