I probably am not making a fair judgement as it could simply be my ignorance the product wrapped in a bag and sent to me quite quickly. but the sweater in not properly put together. the buttons were dangling and were not put together. There were lots of white remnants left on the wool almost seem dirty and hanging somewhere for some time. it does not look fresh and crisp. i am even suspecting that this is a used product or that it is returned by someone who has worn it before. a little disappointed with it as i was looking forward to wearing it for winter now in australia
