Havent tried as I need to modify to accept lithium batteries. Hopefully it can tolerate 7.4vdc without adversely affecting its operating life.

Remote control not very effective unless pointed directly at a light, and not all the lights will operate at once with remote control if one is located in a different direction to the others eg opposite sides of the kitchen. Otherwise very good
