Finally received. The ears are gorgeous BUT I had a lot of stress with the customs charge as they weren’t delivered to my uni reception but to my local post office which is an hour away and I don’t own a car. Fortunately was able to clear things up to the company and have it sent back to my uni reception so I could pick it up but there was some delay in receiving it due to the cuffle, either way thank you for sorting things out.
Items took forever to arrive due to covid but it at least arrived this time. Haven't opened as they are gifts, but it so far looks according to the pictures - although the actual ears received are a bit on the thin side. Thank you for shipping them inside a box as we agreed upon this time to avoid damages. I recommend.
