These people sent me a broken video card and refused to refund it because it stopped working a few days after the dispute period. They make it so difficult that they want you to give up. For a refund I have to send it back which shipping costs 48€. The product cost only 11€ so nobody will do that. So it’s all fine until they send you a broken product. They won’t help you. You are warned.
